Our Jungian-oriented Executive Coaching develops leadership talent to boost effectiveness and proactively address emerging issues with your top executives. It starts with an Integrated Leadership Assessment, which combines the power of our proprietary Visiva Leadership® with standardized assessments, 360° feedback and one-on-one interviews. The output is a comprehensive, highly customized Leadership Profile Report that delivers a full picture of your executive, enabling deep personal insight and targeted development programs.

Executive coaching is provided by Letizia Amadini Lane, an International Coach Federation-certified coach with advanced certifications. Letizia ‘s result-driven coaching is based on 25+ years as an executive in corporate development, business transformation, strategic alliance creation, and government relations.

We offer one-year executive coaching for C-suite executives and six-month coaching for senior executives. Coaching is provided via calls or meetings, and includes unlimited support via email and text for time-sensitive issues.

Executive coaching for leadership team gives a boost to new company’s culture

Situation

Over 75% of the company’s staff worked at remote sites, creating challenges managing dispersed teams. The Clinical Operations team was especially isolated, and its leader was struggling to manage effectively.

Letizia Amadini Lane was brought in to provide executive coaching to the VP, Clinical Operations. After gaining deep insights into the situation through the Visiva Leadership® assessment and 360° interviews, Letizia provided weekly one-on-one coaching for the VP over six months. The coaching created greater self-awareness about how his interpersonal style was affecting subordinates and peers, and he developed the ability to recognize and manage his ineffective behaviors, which led to dramatically improved relationships. His significant and sustained behavioral change led the CEO to declare it “the best money ever spent on anything.”

That success led to a Visiva Leadership™ workshop for the CEO and his entire leadership team (VPs), building trust and understanding across the team. This work was further amplified by providing executive coaching for each individual VP, focusing on communications and interpersonal skills.
